Service Description

Online tutoring for reading comprehension teaches the appropriate grade level strategies to improve reading fluency, to expand grade level vocabulary, and to enhance comprehension through exposure to various reading passages and literature for students in grades 3-10. The session includes interactive, guided assignments aligned with the student's learning ability and is student-paced. The online lessons are correlated with the student's school standards. The tutoring session focuses on teaching the student competency in comprehension through understanding, summarizing and paraphrasing passages.
