What days are sessions offered?

Sessions are offered Monday through Saturday.
What times are sessions offered?

Monday through Friday sessions are offered between 10:00AM-8:00PM. Saturday sessions are offered between 10:30AM-3:00PM. No sessions are offered on Sunday.
If I pay for an individual tutoring session or Homework Time session, but "not" able to attend or need to cancel, will I receive a full refund?"

If a customer is "unable" to attend or need to "cancel" an individual tutoring session(s) or a Homework Time session(s), a full refund of money is guaranteed. However, if a customer "attends" an individual tutoring session or a Homework Time session (in whole or in part), the sell of the service shall be considered final and non-refundable.
If I pay for a tutoring package plan, but I am "unable" to attend or need to cancel the package plan, will I receive a full refund?"

If a customer is unable to attend "any" of the sessions contained in the package plan or needs to cancel "all sessions" contained in the tutoring package plan, a full refund is guarenteed. However, if a customer "starts" attending tutoring session(s), but become unable to "continue" to attend sessions, and need to cancel the remaining sessions in the package plan; then, the package plan is "prorated" for the unattended sessions. Upon cancellation of the "remaining" tutoring session(s) contained in the package plan, the package plain is "automatically" converted to an "individual tutoring session(s)". A "flat fee" of $45.00 is charged for each session taken before the cancellation. Discounts do not apply to individual tutoring session(s).
If I arrive late to the tutoring session, will I still have to pay the full amount for the session?"

The "scheduled" tutoring session is 1 hour. It is highly suggested the student is on time for "scheduled" tutoring session(s), if possible. If a customer arrives late to a "scheduled" session, the $45.00 charge is still applicable.
Do I need to register to attend tutoring sessions or homework time session?

Yes, registration is required to account for each student/customer participating in tutoring session(s) and in homework time. Registration is completed "before" the payment of tutoring session(s) and homework time session(s).
What methods of payment are accepted?

Since payment is done online using the "booking feature", accept all major credit cards for payment.
Is the company certified?

Yes, Levy's Tutorial and Enrichment Center is certified as a minority business enterprise (MBE) and as a women business enterprise (WBE) by the City of Houston. Also, the Small Business Administration (SBA) recognizes the center as a small business enterprise (SBE). To search for the business on the SBE web site, must select the state (Texas) and enter zip code (77033) to view Levy's Tutorial's information on the site.
